Ignore Client Jobs- Batch Failed Timecards in Message to Managers when a Timecard with non-existing Job is Rejected.
Managers will now receive a consolidated HS Message with details of all affected timecards, enabling them to address the issue promptly and efficiently.

Display salaried Job Costs on Labor Budget Tab for Accurate Labor % and Labor Cost
The Labor Budget tab now displays salaried job costs for labor % and Labor Cost calculations, regardless of employee schedules. Salaried costs are consistently attributed to the employee's Primary Job or a default job when no primary job is assigned.

This update introduces a "Consent Required" filter to the Scheduler, allowing managers to limit the display to employees and shifts that require outstanding consent.

Default Alphabetical Order- Labor Positions
Labor categories are sorted alphabetically and within each category, labor positions are sorted alphabetically by their short names.

Remove Covid-19 Specifics from Health Survey
This release removes references to Covid-19 from the Health survey across various sections of the platform.

WebClock- Default Job selection for Manager
Managers using the WebClock Manager override screen can now see job selectors default to the correct job based on employee schedules or primary jobs.

Scheduler- Rolling Overtime Warning across Business Weeks
The Scheduler has been updated to include rolling overtime warnings across business weeks, ensuring compliance with Nevada's rolling overtime rule and helping managers proactivity mange shifts to avoid unexpected overtime costs.

Payroll processing for Time & Attendance customers has been streamlined by introducing the ability to generate a single consolidated file containing information for all selected stores.

We’ve updated several tax forms to maintain compliance and improve clarity. Updates include changes to the North Carolina Exempt and Colorado forms, as well as the 2025 Federal W-4, all applied automatically with no action needed from administrators.

Release Shift to Specific Employee (Web & Mobile) Knockout Question Updates
You can now manage Knockout Questions separately for both Quick Apply and Full Application by requesting this feature through a support ticket. If you're using the legacy setup, review your current questions and set up a new "Qualifying Questions" task before enabling the update, as the old knockout logic will no longer apply.

Release Shift to Specific Employee (Web & Mobile) Equal Employment Opportunity Updates
Equal Employment Opportunity questions now appear in the Indeed Quick Apply process, helping you collect more complete data for reporting if applicants choose respond. A New "Non-Binary" gender option has also been added to the Equal Employment Opportunity questionnaire, supporting more inclusive reporting and integration with payroll or vendor systems.

Application status updates such as removal, interview, or hire are now automatically shared with Indeed to improve tracking and reporting. This helps ensure your applicant data stays consistent across platforms without any manual effort.
