New Schedule Status Column in iQ Score History Report
We’ve added a new Schedule Status column to the iQ Score History Report. This makes it easier to see whether a schedule was Draft, Published, or Republished at the time the score was recorded. -
Enhanced Chart rendering for Actuals and Forecasted Data
We’ve improved how Actuals and Forecasted data appear in the Labor Volume chart. Missing intervals are now shown as zeros, eliminating gaps and providing a smoother, more accurate view of your data. -
Corrected Staff Availability Display
We fixed an issue where some older employee records showed incorrect availability in the Scheduler. Availability now matches correctly between the Staff Availability screen and the Scheduler, ensuring more accurate scheduling.
- Content Delivery Network (CDN) Maintenance
As part of our efforts to improve the security and performance of HotSchedules, Fourth will migrate to a new Content Delivery Network (CDN) platform. This maintenance is crucial for strengthening our infrastructure and enhancing the customer experience.

Adjust ASC Tooltips for Schedule Score Parameters
Improved tooltip descriptions for Impact and Weight % on the ASC Schedule Score configuration page for better clarity -
Realigned Table Layout for Punch Records
Updated table layout on employee cards for improved readability and consistent formatting across columns -
New Grouping Options for Recommendations (by 'Day' or 'Job')
Added toggle to group scheduled vs. forecast recommendations by Day or Job, helping managers review data in the most useful way -
Employee Certification Report Export Updated to Use 4-Digit Year
CSV export now uses 4-digit year format for certificate expiration dates to avoid misinterpretation in Excel

Nevada Daily Overtime Updated
HotSchedules now automatically applies Nevada’s daily overtime rules according to each store’s minimum wage. Employees earning more than 1.5× the store’s minimum wage are automatically excluded from daily overtime calculations. This enhancement ensures ongoing compliance and reduces the need for manual adjustments in ASC.

ASC Permissions – Updated Navigation
ASC permissions have been reorganized to provide a more intuitive and efficient navigation experience. Permissions previously found under the Configure menu are now grouped by workflow, making it faster and easier to locate and manage settings. -
Punch Record – Default View Preference
Users can now set a preferred default view for punch records; either By Day or By Pay Period. HotSchedules will remember this selection, providing a faster, more streamlined, and personalized experience when reviewing punch data.

The New Employee Welcome Sheet features a fresh, on-brand design with streamlined guidance and enhanced QR code functionality across the HotSchedules Paid App, HS Teams, and Fourth Account. Available in English and Spanish, it delivers a more intuitive and efficient onboarding experience for every team member. -
Punch Records- Improved Scroll Behavior When Collapsing Cards
Collapsing a punch card now preserves your scroll position, ensuring uninterrupted navigation through your punch records. This enhancement keeps you oriented when reviewing multiple entries for a smoother, more efficient experience. -
Labor Optimization- Decimal Entry for Progression Rules by Job & Position
You can now enter decimal values (up to two decimal places) when setting “Progression” rules by Job or Position in Activity Based Forecasting. This enhancement delivers greater precision in labor calculations, ensuring staffing levels reflect real-world needs without rounding limitations.

The Employee Hours report now supports up to 24 months of fata at a time, ensuring faster load times and a more reliable experience. -
New "Collapse employee" Button for easier Punch Records Navigation
You can now quickly collapse all expanded employee punch cards on the Punch Record page with a single click, making it easier to navigate and keep things organized.

New banner on Hotschedules Login Page
HotSchedules now displays a “Learn More” banner on the login screen (desktop & mobile). Clicking it takes users to Fourth’s homepage for helpful updates and product info. -
RTR Pay Now Reflected in Total Shift Cost
Pre-approved shift offers now reflect RTR (Right to Rest) pay in the “Total Cost Change to Shift.” This ensures managers see a more accurate labor cost before approving a shift. -
Flexible Date Range Now Available for Store Scheduled vs Actual Export
The Scheduled vs Actual export now supports any rolling 12-month date range, not just calendar years. This gives users greater flexibility when analyzing labor trends.

AI Forecast: Cultural Tickered Events for Hotschedules
Fourth’s AI Forecast now incorporates ticketed cultural events, like concerts and plays, using venue geolocation data within a 5 km range to better predict local sales impacts. This enhancement, enabled by default for HotSchedules customers, has improved forecast accuracy, reducing average WAPE by 1.5 percentage points across a subset of U.S. users.
