Forecast Manager | Day Parts Integration
- You can now send Day Parts configuration data from HotSchedules to external platforms like Forecast Manager and AI Forecasting. This update keeps forecasting and scheduling aligned with how managers naturally segment the workday, helping teams review insights at the right level of detail and make faster, more intuitive decisions.
ASC Schedule Score | Improved Configuration Clarity
- We’ve added helpful explanatory text beneath the header on the ASC Schedule Score Configuration page. This update gives managers clearer context on how unassigned parameters impact their Schedule Score, making configuration simpler and more transparent.

- We’ve enhanced how labor recommendations appear in Schedule Score. Managers can now easily review scheduling insights by day or job code in a simplified, more intuitive layout, making it faster to identify and act on staffing opportunities.
Enhanced Visual Cues for Schedule Score
- High-impact parameters are now visually highlighted within the Schedule Score side drawer, making it easier to identify key drivers at a glance.
Improved Tooltips in HS Side Drawer
- Tooltips now display parameter weights and their specific contributions to the Schedule Score, offering greater clarity and transparency.
Refined Push Notification Targeting
- ASC users are now excluded from shift trade and associate-related push notifications to ensure more relevant communication.
Personalized My Schedule Experience
- The My Schedule screen now includes a personalized greeting with the user’s name for a more engaging experience. The previous blue background has been removed for a cleaner look.
Fair Work Week Compliance Enhancements – WebClock
- At clock-out, employees will now be prompted to acknowledge their schedule, punch, and work variances in WebClock, supporting full compliance with Fair Work Week requirements.
