Scroll Bards Flashing on Punch Record Report, scrolling Impossible
Description
An issue was identified in the Punch Record Report where the scroll bars would flash continuously when filtering the report with an employee selected. This behavior made scrolling impossible, particularly when the screen or window was smaller than the document. The issue was caused by an infinite loop in the update Dimensions method, which caused the height of the element to oscillate "auto" and a defined amount.
Resolution
The fix ensured that the scroll bars remain static and functional when filtering the Punch Record Report, regardless of the screen on window size. No database changes were required for this fix.
