What's Changing?
Time & Attendance in the ASC now includes ADP Custom Earning Codes. Users can create, view, edit, delete custom earning codes tailored for the ADP payroll system, similar to the existing options for other payroll types(e.g., Paychex, Flex, Paycor, and Paylocity).
Reason for the Change
This enhancement addresses the need for more tailored payroll reporting. by allowing the creation of ADP-specific earning codes, users can generate accurate and customizes payroll reports that integrate with the ADP system, reducing manual adjustments and the potential for errors during data uploads.

Creating ADP Custom Earning Codes
- "ADP" payroll type is available when creating Custom earning Codes.

ASC Users can define custom earning for the following fields:
- D (double Time)
- S (Special Pay0
- TSF (Tip short Fall)
- ADJ (Pay Adjustment)
- PTO (Paid Time Off)
- T (Cash Tips)
- C (Card Tips)
- SVC (Service Charge)
- TP (Tip Pool)

Viewing ADP Custom Earning Codes:
- Created codes are viewable with the same interface and functionality as other earning codes.

Editing ADP Custom Earning Codes:
- Users can edit ADP Custom Earning Codes after creation, but default earning codes remain non-editable.
- This feature will be temporarily hidden behind a feature flag, until the exportation that uses the ADP Custom earning Codes is fully functional.

Forecast Warning if Incomplete on the Forecast & Labor Page

What's Changing?
When a manager clicks "Generate Labor" on the Forecast and Labor page, the system will now check for forecast data for all days in the selected week across all labor drivers (e.g. Sales, Gusts). If any lacks forecast data a warning pop-up will appear, prompting the manager to either cancel or proceed with generating the labor forecast.
Reason for the Change
To ensure that managers are aware of incomplete forecast data, allowing them to address this missing information before generating labor. this feature improves the accuracy of labor scheduling and aligns with Fourth's commitment to providing user- friendly and reliable forecasting tools.

All customers using the Forecast and Labor page for labor scheduling.

- Navigate to the Forecast and Labor page.
- Select the desired week for which you want to generate a labor forecast.

Click on the Generate Labor button.
- If any day in the selected week lacks forecast data for any labor driver, a warning modal will appear with the following message: "Not all days have a forecast, would you like to continue?"

Choose one of the following options:
- Cancel: To close the modal and return to the Forecast and Labor page.
- Continue: To proceed to the job selection page and generate the labor forecast.
Update Label on Employee Profile: Meal Break & Pay Status Description
