- Enabled by default? - No

- Enable via support ticket? - Yes
- Affects configuration or data? - Yes
- Roles affected: - ASC Users
What's Changing?
Previously, the ADP report displayed different tip earnings (such as CC Tips, SVCCGE, TIPPOOL, and Tips) in separate rows for each employee. Now, these earnings are centralized within a single row, with each tip type having its own dedicated column. The columns retain the same header names as before and appear in pairs.
Earnings Code (x4, one for each tip type)
Earnings Amount (4x, each amount immediately follows its related code column)
This change is available for both ADP default reports and ADP Custom Earnings Code reports and is controlled by an optional setting at both the group level and company level, with group-level settings taking precedence.
Reason for the Change
By consolidating tip earnings into a single row per employee, this update significantly reduces the number of records per report, making payroll data more structed, easier to read, and simpler to process. Previously, users had to navigate through multiple rows for each employee, making reconciliation more time-consuming. This change enhances clarity and efficiency while maintaining compatibility with both standard and custom ADP reporting structures.
Customers Affected
Time and Attendance Customers with ADP as their payroll provider.
