What's Changing?
We've added Client Name and Client ID to the Paylocity export for improved data organization. These two new columns will now appear as the first two columns in your report, followed by the existing columns. We've also added the ability for ASC users to generate a single CSV file containing data from multiple store locations.
Reason for the Change
These enhancements addresses user feedback. By allowing users to generate consolidated reports and providing a more structured column format, the updates save time, reduce manual effort, and minimize errors.
Customers Affected
All ASC users with Time & Attendance who utilize the Paylocity Export functionality.
Release Note Info/Steps
To access the new feature:
- Log in to the ASC
- Select Time & Attendance > Manage Payroll
- Select Paylocity Export
- Use the "Combine reports into one .CSV File" checkbox to generate consolidated reports for multiple store locations.
- The export will now generate a single CSV file containing data from multiple store locations.
- These columns (Client Name and Client ID) are now the first two columns in your report, followed by all your existing columns.

What's Changing?
The LastStatusUpdate column in the ScheduledShiftStandarExport (export type 11) will now reflect the actual timestamp when a manager makes a schedule edit, instead of showing the shift date. The column will now display the Last Post or Repost date and time, providing more accurate tracking of schedule changes.
Reason for the Change
This update addresses the issue where the LastStatusUpdate column previously showed the scheduled shift date, which could lead to confusion when shifts were updated in the future. Now, it will show the actual timestamp of when a shift was posted or reposted, ensuring that he report provides accurate status updates and helps track when changes are made.

This change will affect all customers utilizing the ScheduledShiftStandarExport (export type 11), especially those who rely on accurate timestamps for tracking schedule edits and ensuring the integrity of shift data reporting.

This change eliminates the need for manual configuration of these settings by ensuring they are automatically enabled based on the client permissions, This will simplify setup for customers with the relevant permissions, improving ease of use and consistency across the system.

- ENABLED_REGULAR_SCHEDULE_EMPLOYEE_EXCLUSION setting will be automatically enabled for customers with permission Client perm 396 - Staff: regular Schedule or ASC Staff: Regular Schedule.
- These setting will no longer require manual addition in the company settings.
