Users can now manage which notifications they receive and by which method - in the ATS application, by email, or in the Fourth app
- Statutory Neonatal Care Leave & Pay
New functionality to allow users to operate and manage the new Neonatal Care Leave & Pay legislation - Year-End Updates for the 2025/2026 Tax Year
System changes and updates to prepare the Payroll and Pension Modules for roll over into the 2025/2026 Tax Year, starting 6th April 2025
- Line Manager Notifications Batch CSV Upload
Line Manager Notification values can now be updated via Batch CSV Upload - Lieu Hours Accrual Export

Several pages of the Payroll module have been updated to the New User Interface (UI)
- Enhanced Permission-Based Access to Organisation and Department Settings
Users with the permissions 'Manage Customer Organisation Settings' and 'Manage Locations and Departments' will now have an enhanced level of access to specific system settings
Purchase-to-Pay & Inventory
- Ingredient Audit History Extended
Ingredient audit history has been extended to include an entry when pending cost price becomes current cost price - CO2 Ranking in API Response
A recipe's manually populated 'CO2 Ranking' value (located on the Recipe Details tab) will be returned in the API response for the GET /recipes request - Copy Ingredient Without Nutrition
A parent ingredient can be copied without nutrition, intolerance and ingredient list values - Data Caching: User Defined Units Could be Delayed in Appearing in UI
When 'user defined units' are created, there could be a delay of several minutes before the new units are available in the ingredient and recipe screens - 'Recipe Usage in Menus 3' Report

- Support for Taxes and other Charges in Electronic Invoices
Taxes and other charges provided by vendors in electronic invoices can now be matched against Adaco Rates and receivings

- Show Original Document for DPS Unassigned Invoices
Original supplier documents are now accessible from the ‘Unassigned Invoices’ screen, to help assign invoices to the correct PO - Support for Unassigned EDI Invoices

- Ingesting Invoices & Credits from PDF and Other Image Files

Fourth Engage/Mobile apps
- Cut-Off Time Clock Icons for Suggested Orders
Amber or red clock icons will now show for suggested orders that are within 60 minutes of (or have passed) suppliers' ordering cut-off times
