What's Changing?
We’ve added the ability for employees to be transferred across groups within the same company for HR-integrated customers. Transfers will be triggered through Fourths HR integration "employee update" message, ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining job assignment integrity and proper permission management.
Upon transfer, the system will:
- Clear job assignments, assigned schedules, labor positions, sharing, and certifications.
- Retain only the new primary job assignment provided by Fourth HR integrated system.
- Assign permissions based on mapped job roles, default settings, or a generic default set if needed.
- Ensure that the employee appears in the new group’s staff list after transfer.
Reason for the Change
This enhancement provides flexibility for managing workforce movement across groups within a company. It ensures that job assignments, schedules, and permissions are updated appropriately.

To initiate a transfer:
- Ensure you are a Fourth HR integrated customer and that are you can transfer an employee.
- Once transferred, the employee will be listed in the new group’s staff list.

What's Changing?
Users can now select multiple stores when generating the Store Scheduled vs Actual export. All selected store data will be combined into a single CSV file under one consistent header, improving data consolidation and usability.
Reason for the Change
This enhancement streamlines reporting by allowing users to generate a single export for multiple store locations, reducing the need for manual data merging. It maintains the existing CSV format while ensuring data consistency.

ASC users with access to Data Exports generating Store Scheduled vs Actual export.
Release Note Info/Steps
To generate a multi-store export:
- Navigate to the Store Scheduled vs Actual export page.
- Select one or more store locations.
- Click Generate Report—the button will be enabled when at least one location is selected. The export will generate a single CSV file with data from all selected stores under one consistent header.
Additional Updates:
- Data pull is now limited to a one-year period. There is an improvement ticket to extend beyond one year later in the year.
- Updated message: "This report is limited to single store selection." → "This report is limited to last year."

What's Changing?
On iOS and Android, when applying filters in the shift search that result in no matching shifts, users will now see a clear message and an illustration indicating that no shifts match their criteria. A "Reset Filters" button has also been added to allow users to quickly clear filters and view all available shifts.
Reason for the Change
Previously, users received no indication when their filters resulted in zero matching shifts, leading to confusion. This update improves clarity and usability, ensuring users immediately understand the result and can take action.
Customers Affected
All mobile users filtering shifts on iOS and Android.
Release Note Info/Steps
With this update:
- When no shifts match the selected filters, a message will appear: "No shifts match your filters."
- A relevant illustration will provide a visual cue to clarify the message.
- A "Reset Filters" button allows users to quickly remove filters and see all available shifts.
