What's Changing?
Time & Attendance in the Above Store Console now allows users to export ADP Payroll reports using the ADP Custom Earning Codes created, which are tailored specifically for the ADP Payroll system.
Reason for the Change
This enhancement addresses the need for more tailored payroll reporting. by allowing the exportation of ADP Payroll reports using specific earning codes, users can generate accurate and customized exports that integrate with the ADP system, reducing manual adjustments and the potential for errors during data uploads.

Release Note Info/Steps
Users are able to export any ADP Custom Earning Code created, as a report in the ASC, by following these steps:
- Logging into the ASC
- Select Time & Attendance
- Select Manage Payroll
- Select Group (if group level pay periods are enabled), otherwise Select Pay Period Type (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-weekly)
- Select Date Range
- Select Pay Type
- ADP Custom earning Codes already created will appear as a selectable option (NEW)
- Select the desired stores to include in the report
- Click "Generate Payroll"
