Defect- FA I PSA - Discrepancy between Analytics and HS Daily Details Report
Description
There was a discrepancy between the hours reported in Analytics (FA) and the HS Daily Details report. the issue occurred when timecards that spanned midnight were not split correctly, leading to a mismatch in the hours reported for the 16th and 17th of December. In Analytics, hours were assigned based on the timeslot, whereas HS reported hours based on the business day, causing differences in the allocation of hours for shifts spanning the day boundary.
Resolution
A fix has been implemented to correct the allocation of house for timecards spanning midnight. The labourtrans export has been adjusted to ensure that all hours are correctly assigned to the appropriate day, in alignment with HS reporting.
Customers Affected
HotSchedules customers with Fourth Analytics.
