What's Changing?
The following new columns have been added to the Employee Data Report export:
- POSID
- Permset
- Date of Status Change: Indicates the date when the employee's status changed to Active, Inactive, or Terminated.
These columns have been added to the end of the export to maintain the existing structure and ensure compatibility with current workflows.

A new "consented" option is being added to the Employee Attribute filter in the scheduler. When applied the filter displays only employees who have given their consent for shift extensions via WebClock.

To use this feature, the following must be configured:
- Company-level setting: ENABLE_WEBCLOCK_PRECONSENT_FOR_SHIFTS must be set to true.
- Client permission: Permission 5011 (WebClock- WebClock Pre Consent for Shifts) must be enabled.
To access the filter:
- Navigate to the Scheduler, Filter, and open the Employee Attribute filter.
- Select the new "Consented" option (located in alphabetical order).
- Apply the filter to view only employees who have pre-consented.
- Deselected the "Consented" filter to revert to to other selected filters, or show all employees if no other filters are applied.

What's Changing?
A new "Requires Consent" toggle has been added at the top of the Scheduler. When activated, it filters the view to display only employees and shifts that require consent, such as:

- FWW- Add Hours Consent
- FWW- Move Hours Consent
- FWW- Right to Refuse (RTR) Consent
this toggle is off by default and must be manually activated and it applied to both Smart and Classic views.

What's Changing?
When managers clock in employees without a scheduled shift, WebClock will now default to the employee's primary job. For employees with scheduled shifts, the job selector will automatically default to the scheduled job for that shift. To further enhance usability, job options are clearly labelled as either "Primary Job" or "Scheduled Job," ensuring managers understand why a particular job is pre-selected. Any additional job options are displayed in alphabetical order. Finally, the job selector interface has been modernized.

What's Changing?
The Scheduler will now trigger an overtime warning when a shift causes daily overtime across business weeks, as per Nevada's rolling overtime rule. Managers will be alerted when a shift at the end of one week or the beginning of the next causes an employee to exceed 8 hours of work within a rolling 24-hour period. The overtime warning will appear in both the current and adjacent weeks, regardless of the order in which shifts were scheduled.

This feature includes background processing for larger report requests and allows report generation at the group or company level, depending on configuration. What's Changing?
70 states and cities have updated their minimum wage rates for 2025. These updates have been automatically applied to HotSchedules, so no action is required from customers unless they need to update the wage rates assigned to employees (note: HotSchedules will never automatically change an employee's wage rate).
Additionally, the following cities and counties have implemented new minimum wage requirements (which will require action on the part of the customer. See Customers Affected, below):

Boulder Colorado (city) minimum wage will begin on January 1st, 2025. This is separate from the existing Boulder County rate which does NOT include Boulder (city).
