What you will need to know before training:
Training on your new Human Capital Management tools will be a combination of virtual self-guided learning, and live training via webinar with your dedicated consultant. Each training session will explain functionality, demonstrate how you perform that function, and answer questions. You will be tasked with completing the functions following each call and will be provided with instructions and guides to enable you to complete these tasks.
It is important to complete these tasks before the next training session to ensure readiness and comprehension of the content in the next steps.

Following each training call you will be tasked with applying your learnings, to complete set-up/tasks you were just trained on. Each session will build on the knowledge and accomplishments from the previous session.
Your dedicated consultant(s) will be available to you throughout the training for questions via email and phone. After your training/implementation period, your long-term support will be managed by dedicated experts in Payroll, Benefits and HR.
