Your New HCM Integrated HotSchedules Environment
What to expect from this process
Introduction:
As part of the implementation of the Fourth Human Capital Management (HCM) system/service, your use of HotSchedules will be elevated to create a seamless user experience for you and your team. To incorporate these new advanced features, we will be providing you and your team with access to a brand new HotSchedules environment and coordinate the transitioning process with you.
What does this transition mean for me and my team?
Access:
As part of the Fourth HCM implementation process, you and your team will gain access to your new Fourth app login experience and Global Profile, which will allow seamless access to all Fourth systems. After a successful deployment of the Fourth HCM system/service, your team will be granted access to their new HotSchedules environment through this same login (this means you will maintain access to your current HotSchdules site while you build out and go live with Fourth HCM).
Managers will be granted access to the new environment ahead of time to prepare for the transition.
Data:
This will be an all-new HotSchedules environment, so historical data will not be retained/present. It is possible to capture up to 57 weeks of historical Sales Transaction data to support forecasting functionality depending on your point of sale type and currently available data within your point of sale database.

We are aware that your data is important, access to it is just as important, and in some cases having access to this data is critical for legal compliance. For these reasons, we are able to allow access to all of your historical data through a maintained administrative-level login to reporting and/or a one-time data extract to store externally.
How will Fourth help in this transition?

- Access to both (current and new) environments through the transition period
- Creation of a reporting admin user for your current environment
- Guidance on how to access data from your current environment after the transition
