How do I activate my TalentTrack account?

Can I still access careers sites setup and editing via PeopleMatter?
No - since this is not a PeopleMatter offering any longer, but a referral partnership, you will access your new careers site to make any edits through TalentTrack powered by Automated Analytics.
How do I access/edit my careers site?
Log into TalentTrack using your email address and password. If you don’t remember your password or have not set up a TalentTrack account yet, please use the forgot/reset password link. Click here to login or create your account. Then, click Career Sites in the left-hand side navigation.
I'm having trouble logging into TalentTrack, who do I contact?
If you have any trouble logging into TalentTrack, or for further support issues, please contact the TalentTrack team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will my jobs and updates to my jobs automatically show on the hiringtoday.com careers sites?
Yes! A feed between PeopleMatter and Automated Analytics is already in place for the TalentTrack product. This feed will also update your careers sites.
What determines if a job posting displays on my careers site?
A job must be set to Send to TalentTrack in order for it to display on your Hiring Today careers site. This is set under the Settings section of PeopleMatter under jobs or locations.
Will text to apply be replaced with the new careers site offering through TalentTrack?
Because shared short codes, the technology that enables Text to Apply, is being shut down by carriers, Automated Analytics will provide QR codes in lieu of Text to Apply.
I have materials printed with the nowhiring and Text to Apply short code; can the nowhiring URL be redirected to hiringtoday.com to allow me to finish using these materials?
The domain is owned by Snagajob so Fourth has no control over setting redirects of the URLs. Snagajob has indicated they are unable to redirect the URLs for our customers. Therefore, you will have to reprint your materials.
How do I generate QR codes?
We highly recommend placing QR codes on all printed marketing materials in replacement of Text to Apply Codes. To generate your QR codes, please:
1. Log into TalentTrack using your email address and password. If you don’t remember your password or have not set up a TalentTrack account yet, please use the forgot/reset password link. Click here to login or create your account.
2. Click “Career Sites” in the left-hand side navigation
3. Review your reserved URL for your career site
4. Click “Generate QR code”
5. Download and print your QR code
If you have multiple career sites, you will be able to create unique QR codes for each site.
Who is eligible for having Fourth pay for their careers sites through December 31, 2024?
All customers who had active careers sites via nowhring.com on October 19, 2023 will have the cost of their careers sites and Text to Apply covered by Fourth through December 31, 2024.
What steps do I need to take to ensure my careers site is still available in 2025?
Fourth has covered the cost of careers sites in 2024. However, to ensure you can continue using the careers site into 2025, you will need to sign a contract with Automated Analytics.

Why are the nowhiring and 242424 text to apply being sunset?
The nowhiring.com career sites domain is wholly owned by Snagajob. As a part of the acquisition of PeopleMatter two years ago, Fourth began leasing the domain from Snagajob to ensure no interruption in customer service. Unfortunately, this partnership is unexpectedly terminating and the nowhiring careers sites will no longer be available. Additionally, the 242424 Text to Apply shared short code is also currently owned by Snagajob. However, shared short codes are being phased out by all major carriers. This means all businesses using shortcodes will be forced to stop using them in the coming months.
Will Fourth continue offering careers sites as a part of the PeopleMatter product offering?
No - PeopleMatter will no longer include careers sites or Text to Apply as a part of its product offering.
When will Text to Apply stop functioning?
Text to Apply will no longer be available starting January 8, 2024.
If complimentary careers sites are no longer a part of the PeopleMatter product offering, how can I leverage careers sites and Text to Apply going forward?
Fourth secured a new partnership with Automated Analytics; the same partner who brings you TalentTrack. Careers sites are part of their core offering and we are confident in their capabilities and support teams. Careers sites will still be fully integrated with PeopleMatter; meaning your jobs will still show automatically on your careers site.
Who is Automated Analytics?
Automated Analytics is a current Fourth partner bringing you "TalentTrack"; an AI programmatic bidding tool for recruiting. They will now be the provider of careers sites offering PeopleMatter customers a significantly reduced rate.
Will the new careers site and Text to Apply cost anything to use?
Fourth has negotiated with Automated Analytics a low rate of $49/month exclusively for PeopleMatter customers. As this was a complimentary service previously, Fourth is covering the costs of careers sites through December 31, 2024, for all customers currently using a nowhiring.com site.
Is the $49/month per Company/Franchisee or is it $49/month per store?
The cost is $49 per careers site domain. Typically, a company/franchisee has a single site so it would be a total of $49/month but sometimes companies/franchisees have multiple sites for each brand. In this case, it would be $49 for each site.
When will nowhiring.com be sunset and hiringtoday.com careers sites be live?
We will go live with the hiringtoday.com sites on January 8th, 2024. At that time, nowhiring.com sites will no longer be available for Fourth customers.
What do I need to do to set up my new careers site?
Nothing! Fourth and Automated Analytics will automatically set up your new careers site similar to your current careers site layout. Note that Snagajob provided an export of all formatting and images on careers sites which is what will be used to set up your new careers site. Any changes made to your nowhiring site before the "go live" of the hiringtoday site will not be reflected but can be easily updated once the new site is live.
What will my unique careers sites URL be?
A "slug" is the term used to uniquely identify each site on the careers site domain. It's the value after the "/com" in nowhiring.com/. For example, salesdemo is the slug for this url: www.nowhiring.com/salesdemo. You will have the same slug on hiringtoday.com that you had on nowhiring.com
What is the new domain being offered by Automated Analytics?
Automated Analytics will provide career sites on the domain hiringtoday.com.
Will I be able to see and make edits to my careers site before it goes live?
Yes. The ability to view and edit your careers site will be made available the week of December 20th to give adequate time for updates prior to going live on January 8th, 2024.
How will I get the QR codes and can I get them sooner than the change/cutover to the new sites? If yes, when?
QR Codes and domain URLs will be made available the week of December 4th to allow customers to place print orders before the "go live" date of January 8, 2024.
