What you will need to know about the implementation process:
The first step in this process will be gathering initial discovery information by your administrator(s) submitting the HCM Advanced Intake Form, followed by working with our Implementation Onboarding team to ensure that we have the core configuration and data necessary to set up your solution.
After the Data Readiness process is complete, you will be introduced to your implementation team of industry and subject matter experts to participate in a series of Configuration Working Sessions to gather all remaining configuration needs to build your custom Fourth environment and load the data that has been submitted. Your Fourth implementation team will train and enable you on the solution and support you through the initial payroll process. Following your first payroll, you will be trained on and deploy the Fourth Scheduling/Time& Attendance module and the Fourth HR team will complete an HR risk analysis and needs assessment.
Above is an example of a typical timeline for this type of project with major milestones. A project can be affected by variables that will impact overall timelines. We will always work in collaboration with our customers to achieve a solution deployment based on key milestones to ensure maximized ROI as soon as possible.
After a successful HCM implementation, your team will be transitioned to a new HotSchdules environment which includes the same functionality you know today in addition to the advanced HCM integrated experience. You will retain access to both environments for a period through training and deployment to ensure a smooth transition for you and your team.
All users will receive new logins to their Global Profile experience but can continue to use their current HotSchedules mobile application now and in the future. More information about what this entails can be found here.

Training and Consulting
Training on your new Fourth solution will be a combination of virtual self-guided materials, and live training via webinar with your dedicated consultant. Following each training call you will be tasked with applying your learning and to complete setup/tasks you were trained on. Each session will build on the knowledge and accomplishments from the previous session.
Your dedicated consultant(s) will be available to you throughout the training for questions via email and phone. After your training/implementation period, your long-term support will be managed by dedicated experts in Payroll, Benefits and HR.
