Posting a schedule allows your employees to see when they work. Once a schedule has been posted, if any edits are made to it, it will have to be reposted. You can learn more about reposting a schedule here. You can also unpost a schedule. However a schedule cannot be unposted for the current week. To learn more about unposting a schedule, go here.
Follow the steps below to post a schedule on Hotschedules:
- Log into your Hotschedules account and go to the scheduling tab. Select the week you would like to post.
- Once you have selected the week you would like to post for, click the post button at the bottom of the scheduler.
- This will post your schedule and make the shifts available for your employees to see.
