What's Changing?
A new Passive Shifts tab will be added under the Productivity (ABS) and Labour dashboards. This tab offers detailed reporting on:
- Passive shifts, categorised by reason code by department
- Comparison between forecast and actual data
- Total passive hours across the company, with the ability to filter by location/department
Reason for the Change
This enhancement provides data-driven insights that help businesses optimise labour costs, manage workforce allocation, reduce unnecessary expenses, and improve productivity.
Customers Affected
All customers using the Labour and Productivity (ABS) dashboards in Fourth Analytics.
Release Note Info/Steps
Key performance indicators (KPIs) for passive hours and cost are displayed at the top of the dashboard.
Beneath are 'Top 10' reports and graphs for passive hours, and actual vs forecast passive hours by 'Location' and 'Department'.
Then there are tables for comparing passive hours and costs by employee and actual vs forecast passive hours by Location.
