What's Changing?
A new report, 'My Schedule Shift Change' has been introduced, allowing managers to generate reports on shifts that were swapped, dropped, or given over a selected period (up to three months). This report is accessible from the Audit Log Export drop-down menu and is in CSV format.
Reason for the Change
Managers need better visibility into shift adjustments to evaluate workforce changes, track employee engagement, and analyse shift utilisation. This report provides clear, structured data to support these objectives.
Customers Affected
Scheduling customers with the 'PublishedShiftsEnabled' setting and users with the permission 'Manage Employee Requests'.
Release Notes
- In Scheduling, go to the Reporting tab and select Audit Log Export
- From the drop-down, select My Schedule Shift Changes
- Set a From and To Date (max period is 84 days) and then Ok

The report will contain information for the Location that the user has access to, and has the following columns:
- LocationName
- DepartmentName
- Original Employee Name - first name and last name, or preferred name, or preferred name + last name (depending on the enabled setting)
- Original Employee number
- Current Employee Name - first name and last name, or preferred name, or preferred name + last name (depending on the enabled setting)
- Current Employee number
- Requested At

What's Changing?
Non-admin users from SSO-enabled organisations will no longer be able to log in to Scheduling using a 'teamhours.com' URL. They will be presented with a Login via SSO button, and the destination URL for this can be applied via a new Organisation setting field.
Reason for the Change
This change enhances security by ensuring that all users authenticate through a centralised identity provider, reducing the risk of unauthorised access.

Organisation Setting
- From the Scheduling homepage, go to Settings > Organisations
- Select Edit against the required Organisation and tick Enable SSO

A new setting will appear - Enable SSO Re-Route. Tick this box, enter the value for the SSO URL, and then Save
- If left blank, the default URL for the Fourth platform (https://secure.fourth.com/) will be used, but your organisation may have their own branded version/URL

If a non-admin user attempts to log in from a 'subdomain.teamhours.com (where 'subdomain' is the name of the customer organisation's environment), their credentials will not be accepted.
- They can use the Login via SSO button and be directed to the SSO URL (as set in Fig.2)
- They can then access Scheduling from within the Fourth platform
