What’s Changing?
The existing user-level permissions 'Manage Customer Organisation Settings' and 'Manage Locations and Departments' will now provide wider access to certain system settings.
Reason for the Change
This change empowers users with the appropriate permissions to control key features directly within their scope of responsibility. It also helps to ensure that only authorized users can manage critical system settings, improving security and operational efficiency.
Release Notes
When this release is made, all users with the permissions 'Manage Customer Organisation Settings' and 'Manage Locations and Departments' will be able to access a wider range of Organisation and Department settings - listed further below.
User Level Permissions
- To see which users have these permissions, from the Scheduling homepage, go to Settings > User Configuration > User Levels
- Select Edit against the required Group name
- Tick one or both user-level permissions Manage Customer Organisation Settings and/or Manage Locations and Departments and then Save

To apply any of these settings to an Organisation or Department, users will:
- Go to Settings and select either Organisations or Departments from the left side
- Select Edit against the required Organisation/Department
- Tick the boxes/apply settings as required and then Save
