Where the volume of data to be inserted is too large to be added manually, the below templates can be completed and submitted to Fourth for loading directly into the solution.

Every single template is priced at Band A. Once passed to Fourth's Data Consultants, templates numbered 2.01 -2.10 have a five (5) day lead time and those numbered 2.21 - 2.24 have a ten (10) day lead time.
