This update allows you to change elements about particular employment records such as Job Titles, Pay Rates or changes in Location of Employment. Updating Contracts and Multiple Employments can also be actioned using guidance in this section.
Types of Employment Update:
The Employment Details Update templates allow for large volume changes to elements such as Job Titles, Location, Division and Pay Rates or to Terminate a large number of employees in one update. In addition to single templates, there are multiple combination templates that allow more than one update to be scheduled at once.
3.2 Multiple Employment Updates
The Multiple Employment Updates feature allows you to mass update multiple employment rates for employees or multiple employment end dates.
3.3 Contract Employment Update
The Contract Employment Update Templates can be used to insert or update Contract and/or Contracted Hours information against an employee record within Fourth's HR Module.
