The Multiple Employment Updates feature allows you to mass update multiple employment rates for employees or multiple employment end dates.

The quickest and easiest way to update Multiple Employment pay rate is within your portal by using the batch update feature. Guidance is located here.

Completing and Submitting your Template

• Run the ME Report located in HR > Reports > Export
• Copy and paste the data into the template below/
• Follow the guidance in this article on how to submit your completed template and what happens next

Once the updated template is passed to Fourth's data consultants these templates have a TEN (10) day lead time.
