Overview
The HR Data Inserts are used to populate HR data in your Fourth solution. This could be as part of an initial implementation or a large-scale change within your business. If only a few pieces of information require changing, the quickest way to do so is manually, following the guidance in the articles linked below.
Where the volume of data to be inserted is too large to be added manually, a template can be completed and submitted to Fourth for loading directly into the solution.

Completing and Submitting your Template

- Complete and save the template with all required information - guidance is provided within the templates
- Follow the guidance in this article on how to submit your completed template and what happens next
Templates 1.01 - 1.05 are priced at Band A. Once passed to Fourth's Data Consultants these templates have a five (5) day lead time. Template 1.10 Full HR Data Load is priced at Band C but would usually be included within the cost of an implementation.

Due to the changes in National Minimum Wage that came into effect in April are now only accepting submissions on Template Version 2024.x
Below you will find all the templates that can be submitted to complete a HR Data Insert:
- 1.0 Full HR Data Load: This will likely only be used as part of an implementation and your Solution or Readiness consultant will share a version with you as part of your project.
In addition to the Full HR Data Load you will also find individual templates that can be used to request specific HR Data Inserts as follows:
