RTR Pay Now Reflected in Total Shift Cost
To improve clarity and compliance, the “Total Cost Change to Shift” value on the Shift Approval Page now includes any Right to Rest (RTR) pay.
This update applies to pre-approved shift offers where an RTR rule violation results in predictability pay being added.
What’s New:
RTR pay is now automatically included in the total cost displayed before approving a shift
The cost shown in the approval screen will now match the full shift cost as calculated by the Scheduler
Example: A shift that previously showed $250.00 may now display $322.50 to reflect added RTR pay
Why This Matters:
Gives managers full visibility into the true cost of approving a shift
Helps ensure labor compliance penalties (like RTR) are properly accounted for
Reduces confusion between Scheduler and approval screens RTR (Right to Rest) pay is now included in the “Total Cost Change to Shift” value on the Shift Approval Page.
Flexible Date Range Now Available for Store Scheduled vs Actual Export
You can now export Store Scheduled vs Actual data for any custom 365-day period, not just within a calendar year. For example, you can generate reports from June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024.
Key Highlights:
Choose any start and end date within a rolling 12-month window
The export format and performance remain unchanged
If no data exists for the selected range, the export will still process and return a blank file
Note: The amount of historical data available depends on your organization’s data retention policy.
