The New Employee Welcome Sheet features a fresh, on-brand design with streamlined guidance and enhanced QR code functionality across the HotSchedules Paid App, HS Teams, and Fourth Account. Available in English and Spanish, it delivers a more intuitive and efficient onboarding experience for every team member.

Punch Records – Improved Scroll Behavior When Collapsing Cards
Collapsing a punch card now preserves your scroll position, ensuring uninterrupted navigation through your punch records. This enhancement keeps you oriented when reviewing multiple entries for a smoother, more efficient experience. -
Labor Optimization – Decimal Entry for Progression Rules by Job & Position
You can now enter decimal values (up to two decimal places) when setting “Progression” rules by Job or Position in Activity Based Forecasting. This enhancement delivers greater precision in labor calculations, ensuring staffing levels reflect real-world needs without rounding limitations.

Accessing the Welcome Sheet
You can print the Welcome Sheet using either of the following options:
Option 1:
Login → Reporting → Dashboard → New Employee Welcome Sheet → Select Employees → Generate ReportOption 2:
Login → Staff → Staff List → Select Employee(s) → Welcome Sheet → Print
How It Works
The Welcome Sheet version depends on how your employees log in:

When collapsing a punch record card, your view stays in place—no more jumping down the screen.✅ Consistent Experience Across Cards:
This behavior works regardless of card size on the Punch Records page.🎥 Reference Example:
Previously, collapsing a card in some cases caused the user to jump two cards down. This no longer happens.

🔢 Decimal Entry Support:
Above Store Users can now enter values with up to two decimal places when defining “Progression” rules by Job or Position.

Improves accuracy in forecasting required server hours and prevents customers from having to compromise on desired staffing thresholds.🔍 Consistency Across the Board:
This change applies universally.✅ Validated Through Forecasting:
Decimal values are supported and honored when generating standard forecasts. No impact to the forecast process.
General Improvements
Regular schedules now apply seamlessly alongside overlapping time off for the same shift, ensuring consistent shift coverage.
Phone number validation logic has been enhanced to support area code 645 and the latest numbering standards.
Payroll exports to Paylocity now include all earning codes mapped to pay exceptions, delivering complete export data for every customer.
Forecasting no longer displays unnecessary warning modals during labor generation when all days have valid data, streamlining your planning process.
Scheduled hours now align accurately with the RTI dashboard by filtering out unscheduled shifts, providing precise reporting.
Mobile navigation to the Labor Dashboard has been optimized so you remain signed in and go directly where you need, for uninterrupted access.
