The Employee Hours report now supports date ranges of up to 24 months. You can still manually select any start and end dates, just keep the range within two years for faster, more reliable reporting.

To make it easier to manage large punch records, we've added a smart "Collapse Employees" button to the Punch Record page—available in both Pay Period and Day views.
Appears only when punch cards are expanded
Stays visible as you navigate the Punch Record page
Instantly collapses all expanded records with one click
This update helps managers quickly declutter the screen and review employee punches more efficiently.
Try it Yourself:
Log in to HotSchedules and navigate to the Punch Record page.
Expand one or more employee punch cards to reveal the “Collapse Employees” button.
Click the button to collapse all expanded punch records instantly.
