Labour Productivity: Set Departments to Close
What's Changing?
Functionality to allow departments to be set to ‘close’ for specific multiple days within Labour Productivity.

Reason for the Change
Customers will be able to set departments to close for specific days in order to meet and keep to labour compliance figures. This will be particularly useful around busy trading periods where some departments will be closed - Christmas, for example.
Functionality to allow departments to be set to ‘close’ for specific multiple days within Labour Productivity.

A new section in the Employee Self Service (ESS) mobile app to give employees a single place to access all PDF pay-related documents. The initial release is limited to P45 and payslip documents. In future this will be expanded to include P60 and P11D documents.

What’s Changing?
New capability that will allow employees that are no longer working for a company to have restricted access to Employee Self Service (ESS) so they can view their HR data, past rotas and past payslips, and in the near future, P45s and P60s.

Labour Productivity - Early Submission of Schedule to Payroll
What's Changing?
New functionality to allow customers to submit schedules to payroll early, for days which are yet to be completed.

Reason for the Change
To introduce a way of submitting schedules to payroll earlier than usual to allow for the changes in scheduling behaviours over the holiday seasons, and Christmas in particular where payroll is submitted earlier to ensure all staff are paid on time, taking into effect bank holidays.
New functionality to allow customers to submit schedules to payroll early, for days which are yet to be completed.

Inventory Release Note - Show Alternatives and Purchasable Products for Site on Stock Count Screen
What's Changing?
This functionality will ensure that users will only see purchasable products and alternates for that site rather than seeing all units of measure on the Stock Count screen.
On the Stock Count and Print Entry screens, only the size of the default unit of measure, the purchasable unit of measure and any alternates set will display for that site only.
