What’s Changing?
Proposed Release Date: 29th November 2018
Reason for the Change
New feature introduction and improved user experience.
Customers Affected
All Fourth Engage users.
Release Notes
Engage 1.42 release contains an update to the app download page functionality.
App Download Page Change
Users are taken to the app download page when logging into Engage on an older version of the app, or alternatively when Get the app is selected when using Engage on a mobile web browser.
Currently this screen displays a Skip button, which gives the user the option to continue using whatever version of the app they have, or to continue using it on their mobile web browser.
In this release, we are providing the ability to hide this Skip button, should customers wish to have all their employees directed to downloading the Fourth app.

As part of this release, the cap has now been removed, meaning all users will be able to receive push notifications for announcements.
