WFM Release Note - Upload Usual and Actual Hours for Flexible Furlough Claims
What’s Changing?
A new batch update function is being added to HR & Payroll to upload usual and actual hours worked by employees.

Reason for the Change
On 12th July, HMRC published new guidance in relation to flexible furlough and CJRS. The new batch update is to help customers claim Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (CJRS) grants under the new flexible furlough rules from 1st July 2020.
WFM Release Note - Employee Hours Worked Export
What’s Changing?
A new export is being added to the Payroll module that will extract the hours entered in the rota for a specified date range.
Release date: 9th July 2020
Reason for the Change
The new flexible furlough guidelines require employers to use the data from the same period and the previous year when calculating the usual hours that will be included in a furlough claim. This new export will allow users to extract that data into an Excel file so it can be used for a Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme 2 (CJRS2) claim.
WFM Release Note - Employer Claim Export – July 2020 Onwards
What’s Changing?
A new export is being added to the Payroll module to help with furlough claims in line with the new HMRC guidance from July 2020.

Reason for the Change
The way that employer claim calculations are calculated is changing from 1st July 2020. This new export will help customers with their Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (CJRS) claims for July, August, September and October 2020.
WFM Release Note - Labour Productivity: Half Day Holidays Displayed in Schedules Page
What’s Changing?
Half day holidays will be displayed in the Labour Productivity scheduling page.

Reason for the Change
To inform the end user that an employee has a half-day holiday recorded.
WFM Release Note: Additional Holiday Pay Over 52 Weeks
What’s Changing?
A new option to calculate Additional Holiday pay using 52 weeks has been added to within HR & Payroll
Release date: Thursday 13th August
Reason for the Change
The rules around flexible holiday calculations changed in April 2020, meaning calculations now need to be made using the past 52 weeks pay. To align the additional holiday pay to this change, a new option to calculate using 52 weeks payroll data has been added.
WFM Release Note - Applicant Tracking System: Completing Right To Work checks for Current Employees in Trust ID
What’s Changing?
TrustID Fourth Cloud app will change to allow Right To Work (RTW) checks for current employees, in addition to job applicant RTW checks.

Reason for the Change
Currently, the TrustID app only allows a user to carry out a check for job candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in conjunction with the applicants’ application ID number. This does not allow managers to carry out ongoing RTW checks for existing employees. In order to enable checks for existing employees, there will be some changes to the TrustID app.

A new pop-up box will appear with a session countdown when a portal session timer counts down to five minutes

WFM Release Note - Labour Productivity: Display of Contracted Hours on Schedule
What’s Changing?
Displaying of contracted hours in Labour Productivity.

Reason for the Change
To make employees’ contracted hours easily visible and highlight whether scheduled hours are under, over, or match the contracted hours.
WFM Release Note - Flexible Holiday for Furloughed Employees
What’s Changing?
The Flexible Holiday Calculation is changing to exclude periods where employees have an active Furlough status.

Reason for the Change
This change is required because of the way the Flexible Holiday Calculation looks for any worked hours within a rota. This will then ensure that employees’ holiday allowance and rates are not impacted as a result of them being furloughed.
WFM Release Note - Labour Productivity: Health Status Export
What’s Changing?
A new export has been developed for employees’ Health Statuses from the Health Survey app.

Reason for the Change
To allow customers to report on the Health Statuses of their employees across multiple Locations.

What’s Changing?

To allow customers to report on Passive Shifts and Passive Shift Reason codes.
WFM Release Note - Labour Productivity: Employee Health Status Widget
What’s Changing?
A new widget displaying a snapshot of employees’ COVID-19 self-assessment results for the current day will be added to the Home Page of Labour Productivity.

WFM Release Note - My Holiday Notifications in ESS
What’s Changing?
A new setting is being added within the HR module which will enable push notifications within the Employee Self Service App to advise employees when holidays have been authorised or declined.
Release date: 10th September 2020
Reason for the Change
When employees request a holiday via the Employee Self Service App, they can receive a notification to let them know whether the holiday has been authorised or declined. This function will be available, only when enabled by Fourth. The new setting will allow customers to manage the notification set-up themselves.
Inventory Release Note: User Management Enhancements
What’s Changing?
Enhancements to user configuration within the Inventory application.
Release date: Tuesday 11th August
Reason for the Change
The changes provide additional flexibility as part of the user management and setup process. This will result in outcomes that may have only previously been available through Customer Support or data exercises.

Purchasing & Inventory (Adaco)
General Release Notes - Purchasing & Inventory 4_6_106
What’s Changing?
Fourth’s Purchasing & Inventory release 4.6.106 includes new functionality. Specifically:
Barcode scanning in the Counting app – assign, replace and synchronize barcodes to and from Purchasing & Inventory (formerly known as Adaco)
Release date: 11th August (EMEA) / 16nd August (USA) 2020
Reason for the Change
Barcode Scanning in the Counting app
To give users the ability to use smartphones and/or tablets for scanning barcodes, enabling them to complete counts using mobile devices.
P2P&I Release Note: Counting app - Count Size Filtering
What’s Changing?
Fourth’s Inventory product can be configured to control count sizes that appear when completing a stock count in the core application. Two of these settings have been extended to the Counting app, to allow:
Simple stock count, i.e. count in default item sizes only
Count by purchase sizes, i.e. only return default size and purchasable configurations for the Location

Reason for the Change
This change was required to restrict the counts sizes available in the Counting app so that it was consistent with Inventory and did not return superfluous sizes for the location.
P2P&I Release Note - Receiving App: Add Catch Weight Lines
What’s Changing?
The core Inventory application supports the addition of lines, including catch weight lines, when receiving a pending delivery. This enhancement is to support the same function from the Receiving app and update and approval with added catch weight lines to Inventory.

Reason for Change
This change aligns the Receiving app with the core Inventory application which in turn allows the Receiving app to be used as the primary mechanism for receipt and approval of deliveries.
P2P&I Release Note: Receiving App - Associating Unknown Lines
What’s Changing?
The Inventory app supports the association of unknown lines on supplier confirmations and delivery notes through Tradesimple, when receiving a pending delivery. This enhancement is to support the same within the Receiving app.

Reason for the Change
This change allows the Receiving app to be used as the primary mechanism for receipt and approval of deliveries, as this will align better with the core Inventory app.
