    HS: Adding an Email Address to Your Account

    Overview

    For security purposes, HotSchedules requires that any email address added to an account be confirmed. 

    Please note: Once the email has been saved to the HotSchedules account, a confirmation email will be sent out. View this article for more information about confirming email addresses after it has been added to the account: HS: Confirming an Email Address.
     
     

    Adding Email Addresses to Accounts

     

    Warning.png You have to be able to log in to add an email address, if you can't log in please ask your manager. 

    See how you can add an email address on Desktop Browser, iOS Mobile, and Android Mobile.


    Desktop Browser

    • Navigate to the Settings tab, select Personal

    • In the Contact section of the Personal Settings page, hover over the Email field. then select the Pencil icon

    • A pop-up window will display, enter the email address, then select SAVE NEW EMAIL

    Mobile App

    iOS

    • From the menu, select Settings
    • Select Profile

    • Edit the Email field, select Done
