What’s Changing?
- A new setting to make employees' preferred names display within Labour Productivity.

Please note: In a previous release, the system displayed preferred names by default. This release reverts back to displaying first and last names, with the option of using preferred names if desired.

May 26th 2022, Release Note: WFM UK | ATS: Carrying out Right to Work Checks Directly in ATS
What's Changing?
- New functionality within the Admin portal that will enable managers to carry out Right to Work (RTW) checks directly within the ATS via an embedded Trust ID interface.

June 15th 2022, Release Note: WFM UK | Scheduling: Sales Forecast Amendment Report
What’s Changing?
- A new report which will display a history of sales forecast amendments. The report will display the original forecast, the new forecast, the user who made the change, and the date and time stamp of when it took place.

What's Changing?
- Remove from Recipes
'Replace in Recipes' functionality has been extended to allow the bulk removal of a single ingredient or recipe from multiple recipes - Replace in Recipes, Nutrition Calculation Method to Persist
When a 'Replace in Recipes' operation is completed, all impacted recipes' existing 'nutrition calculation method' will persist - Replace in Recipes, Warning if Replacement Ingredient is Missing Weight conversion
A warning has been added to the Replace in Recipes screen to indicate that the 'replacement item' is missing a weight conversion

- A published menu cycle can have its end date extended for one or more of the locations to which it has already been published

'Suppliers' and 'Users' reports have been optimized for use in Excel - Global Database setting 'Recipe ingredient wastage mandatory' more flexible
The 'wastage removed' tickbox will be 'true' and editable for recipe ingredients

- Groups configured with 'inherited data' in Recipe and Menu Engineering can now use this 'inherited data' (recipes and menus) to populate a menu cycle. Previously only data in 'directly linked' sets could be accessed when selecting recipes and menus for a menu cycle.

A new endpoint on our existing web API that allows the creation of outlet requisitions from an external system - 'Reply to' Email Address in Purchase Orders
When purchase orders are auto-created and transmitted, the 'reply to' email address will be that of the requisition creator - New Setting in Administration
Visibility of a new counting setting (to be implemented in a future release)

Fourth Engage/Mobile apps
June 21st 2022, Release Note: Mobile | Ordering App: Shared Market Lists Editable by All
What's Changing?
- Users will now be able to make changes to any Market List that has been shared with them. Prior to this change, only Market List owners were able to do this.
