Overview
The Trading Relationship load allows for the creation of Trading Relationships en-masse, as opposed to applying singularly via the Purchase to Pay web interface. This load is particularly useful when new suppliers are integrated, or a large number of new sites have been created and require relationships to be inserted.
Format
The Trading Relationship Load file is in a CSV format and structured as follows:

Example
Loading the Trading Relationship File
To load the relationships:
- Log into Purchase to Pay
- Select Send on the left hand menu
- Select Trading Relationship Load from the Document Type drop-down menu
- Select Choose File and select the required file
- Select Upload
