After an outlet requisition is released, it must be processed on the supplying outlet. When you open the Process Outlet Requisition screen, the list of outlet requisitions may be empty. Use the Search Panel on the left, to find the requisition(s) which you need.
The Search Panel
The Search Panel allows searching for released outlet requisition by different parameters. To search for an outlet requisition, which matches one or several parameters, select these parameters on the Search Panel and click the Search button (or press Enter).

| Field Name | Description |
| Supplying Outlet | Select the supplying outlet here. You can also leave this field empty to search for outlet requisitions with all supplying outlets. |
| Ordering Outlet | Select one or several ordering outlets. |
| From Date | These controls give you an ability to specify a date range to search by the requisition's "Need By" date. |

Toolbar
| Button | Description |
| Review | Select one requisition in the list and click this button to review the selected requisition. |
| Post | Select one or several requisitions in the list and click this button to post the selected requisitions. |
| Approval | Select one requisition in the list and click this button to review approvals for the selected requisition. Note: This button is required only when the "Approval Needed for Outlet Requisitions" option is enabled at Property > Administration > Property Preferences > Requisition. |
| Pick List | Select one or several requisitions in the list and click this button to print the Pick List for the selected requisitions. A pick list is a list of products that are on an outlet requisition. Normally, it is used when we physically deliver the requisitioned products. |
Fields
| Field Name | Description |
| Supplying Outlet | The name of the outlet which supplies the requested items. |
| Req # | Displays the requisition number. |
| Req Description | Displays the requisition description. |
| Ordering Outlet | Displays the name of the outlet which requested the products. |
| Need By | A date by which the requisitioned products or recipes should be delivered to the ordering outlet. |
| Comments | Displays the comments added to the purchase requisition. |
| Printed | If the check box next to an outlet requisition is selected, the Pick List has already been printed for the corresponding requisition. |
