Inter Property Outlet Requisitions
Inter Property Outlet Requisitions (IPORs) are used to manage the movement of products and recipes between properties.
For IPORs to work they must:

Inter Property Outlet Requisitions (IPORs) are used to manage the movement of products and recipes between properties.
For IPORs to work they must:
- Be made between properties linked to the same CP
- Have Inter Property Outlet Requisitions turned on
- At Property level, go to Property > Administration > Property Preferences > Requisition > tick the box against Allow Inter Property Outlet Requisitions
- Select Save

How to Create an Inter Property Outlet Requisition
There are two ways to create an Inter Property Outlet Requisition:- New from scratch in Requisition Center
- From a Template in Requisition Center
To create a new Outlet Requisition in Requisition Center:
- Go to Requisition Center > New Requisition > Outlet Requisition

- Enter the necessary information in the new Outlet Requisition tab. Mandatory fields are marked with asterisks, as seen in Fig.3

Field | Description |

Requisition Number | Sequentially assigned number by system when the requisition is created. |
Supplying Property |
Select the Supplying Property. Property must be linked to the same CP, and both properties must have Allow Inter Property Outlet Requisitions ticked.

Ordering Outlet | [Mandatory Field] In the Ordering Outlet drop-down, select the Outlet in Adaco that is requesting the items (products/recipes) in the requisition. |
Supplying Outlet | [Mandatory Field] In the Supplying Outlet drop-down, select the Outlet that is supplying the items (products/recipes) in the requisition to the ordering outlet. |
Need By | [Mandatory Field] In the Need By calendar pop-up, select the date that the items (products/recipes) are required by. |

Comments |

Total Cost | Displays the total cost of the requisition. |
Sort Order |
This allows defining the sort order for the items in the outlet requisition. Three options are available:
The option defaults to the type of the supplying outlet (for example, Location/Category) and can be changed at any time for an outlet requisition.

Created By | Displays the name of the creator of the requisition. |
Posted | A flag designating if the requisition was posted or not. |
Posted By | Displays the name of the user who posted the requisition. |
Posted On | Displays the date and time the requisition was posted. |
Add Comment | To add a comment that will display in the Outlet Requisition only, and not on any report generated or printed media, select Add Comment. |
Note: If transferring recipes:
- The Supplying Property needs to associate the correct Account for their Property against the recipe at property level. Go to Recipe Center > Select Recipe > Advanced Tab > Miscellaneous > make a selection from the Account drop-down
- The Ordering Property needs to pull down all product detail information for the recipe from the CP, then configure the relevant account for the recipes within their property.

How to Create an Outlet Requisition Template
An Outlet Requisition Template is used to make the ordering process simpler as the template can contain products that are commonly requested from another outlet.
Creating the Outlet Template
- Go to Requisition > Template Center
- Select Create Outlet Template, as per Fig.4

- Enter the required information for the fields marked with an asterisk(*), as per Fig.2
- In the Ordering Outlet drop-down, select the Outlet that will be requesting the products
- In the Supplying Outlet drop-down, select the Outlet that will be providing the products
- In the Owned By drop-down, select a user that will be the owner of the template

Template Number | The number assigned to the template by the system upon creation. |
Ordering Outlet | [Mandatory Field] The Outlet that is requesting the products. |

Comments | Text entered field to display any additional information regarding the template. |
Created By | Displays the creator's name. The creator has full edit rights for templates created by them. |
Owned By | [Mandatory Field] Displays the name of the owner for the template. The owner has full edit rights to the template. It can be a different user other than the creator. |
- Once all the information is entered into the Template Header section, select Save
