Overview
External Links allow managers to share important resources with employees by displaying links on the Home page when they log in.
Add an External Link
- Navigate to Settings → External Links
- Select Add New
- Enter the following:
- Display Name
- URL (must begin with
http://orhttps://) - Description (optional)
- Select Save
Edit or Delete External Links
- Navigate to Settings → External Links
- To edit a link:
- Locate the link
- Update the necessary fields
- To delete a link:
- Select the checkbox next to the link
- Select Delete Selected
Important Notes
- External Links appear on the Home page for employees
- If the External Links option is not visible, contact Customer Care to enable it
