Workforce Management

October 20th 2022, Release Note: WFM UK: | UK HR & Rotas: Rota Module New User Interface

What's Changing?

• Rota Module - New User Interface
  The Rota module is now available in the new user interface (UI)

October 20th 2022, Release Note: WFM UK | HR & Payroll: UK National Insurance and Non-UK National Minimum Wage Updates 2022

What's Changing?

• UK National Insurance Changes
  Following the government's 'mini budget' statement, UK National Insurance (NI) is being reduced. Rates have been updated and will take effect from 6th November 2022
• Non-UK National Minimum Wage Updates
  In line with the Irish and Jersey government legislation, the National Minimum Wage rates have been updated and will take effect on 1st January 2023 and 1st November 2022 respectively

November 3rd 2022, Release Note: WFM UK | Labour Productivity: NextGen Interval Forecast Distribution

What's Changing?

• For forecasts from 14th November, the interval distribution in Labour Productivity will be generated from Fourth's NextGen forecast engine.

November 16th 2022, Release Note: WFM UK | Activity-Based Scheduling: Hide Labour Standard Data

What's Changing?

• Hide Labour Standard Data
  A new setting that, when applied, will hide all references to labour standard data on the Home and Schedule pages

November 17th 2022, Release Note: WFM UK | HR & Payroll: Pension Letter Enhancements, NEST API, Payment and Deduction Export

What's Changing?

• Pension Letter Enhancements
  Pension letters will now be sent automatically on a daily basis. The 'Send Out Documentation screen' will also show sent pension letters
• NEST API
  The ability to switch on the NEST API has been added to the Pension Module, as well as a screen to be able to view submissions to NEST and their status including any errors returned
• Payment and Deduction Export
  A new export is available that lists every payment and deduction from an employee's pay slip, in Excel format

Purchase-to-Pay & Inventory

November 23rd 2022, Release Notes: RME | Updated McCance and Widdowson Nutrition Database, Recipe CO2 Fields in API Response, New Nutrition Report

What's Changing?

• Nutrition database update, McCance and Widdowson 2021
  New version of the UK government-approved nutrition database
• New Recipe Nutrition Report
  A report that includes recipe nutrition settings, including Recipe Yield, has been added
• Ingredient CO2 Value Field Renamed
  The ingredient CO2 Value field is now labelled as 'per KG'
• Recipe CO2 Values Re-enabled in Export API
  Recipe CO2 values have been re-enabled in the response from GET /recipes
