HotSchedules Labor Main

Reports | FWW Regular Schedule Variance Report
Managers and compliance teams can now use the Regular Schedule Variance Report to compare each employee's configured Regular Schedule with their scheduled and actual hours in a single report, making Fair Work Week compliance reviews faster and easier.
Language Support | French Canadian Now Available
HotSchedules is now available in French Canadian (Français (Canada)) across HotSchedules Web, ASC, Mobile, Logbook, and HS Essentials. Users can select French Canadian at sign in, during account creation, or anytime from Personal Settings.
HS & ASC Data Export | Schedule Status & Scored By Update
The Schedule Score History export now includes a Schedule Status column and identifies system-generated scores by displaying "System" in the Scored By field when a schedule is automatically scored during publishing.

Availability Export
Employee availability can now be exported directly from ASC Data Exports, allowing users to generate multi-store and multi-company availability reports without contacting Support.

Punch Records – Updated Interface
The Punch Records page has been refreshed with HotSchedules' latest design, including updated summary and report tables. This is a visual update only; existing functionality and workflows remain unchanged.

Update Labor After Forecast Changes
Managers can now review and update previously generated labor when forecast adjustments affect staffing needs, helping keep labor aligned with the latest forecast while preserving assigned shifts.
Labor | Automatic Primary Job Assignment for POS-Integrated Employees
Employees received through a POS integration can now have their primary job assigned automatically, reducing manual setup for managers.
Labor | Updated Design for Punch Records Tables
The summary and report tables on the Punch Records page have been refreshed with an updated design, providing a more consistent experience across HotSchedules while preserving existing functionality.

Data Exports Enhancements
Data Exports in ASC have been reorganized into searchable, collapsible categories to make reports easier to find and understand. Reports now include additional details about their contents and intended use, and emailed report download links have been simplified for easier access.

Existing report data and output remain unchanged.

Labor Optimization | Decimal Entry for Hourly Modifier Rules by Job
Hourly Modifier labor rules configured by job now support decimal values, giving managers greater precision when defining thresholds used to generate labor recommendations.
