Summary
When users log into Adaco, the application is launched from a web page. The Adaco client application uses Microsoft's 'ClickOnce' deployment process, which allows it to be downloaded and used in a secure way that does not require local PC administrator access. A consequence of this is that the Microsoft technology previously required the user to be using a Microsoft browser; either Internet Explorer or Edge. However, it is now possible to launch the Adaco client application from Google's Chrome browser using a browser extension specifically designed for ClickOnce applications.
Installing the extension is a one-time operation and will allow access to the Adaco client application when using Chrome, either from the Fourth app or directly from the login page.
