Adaco: Pushing Products from CP to Child – Fourth & HotSchedules Customer Success Portal

Overview

This article shows the process and steps required to push products from Central Purchasing level to a child property using data synchronization.

Process

If a product has been set up at Central Purchasing and is needed at a property (child) level, it can be pushed down using data synchronization.

To do this, go to Property (tab) > Data Synchronization

A pop-up window will open.

Ensure that Product Push is selected (as shown below) and select Next

From the following screen, use the search box to find the product required
Use the Selected column to select the product(s) and applicable detail number(s) to push to the property
Then select Next

Another pop-up will appear.

Use the SHFT key to select multiple properties or highlight a single property to push the product to
Then select Next

A further pop-up will request confirmation that it is OK to start synchronization. Once complete, the window will change to confirm the number of products successfully ‘pulled’.

Select Finish, and the pop-up window will close
