Release date: June 2nd, 2026
Labor Card Standardization
Corporate administrators can now standardize and lock the Labor Card report configuration across all locations, helping ensure consistent labor reporting while preventing store-level users from modifying the report format.
Availability
Available for customers using Labor Card V1.
Note: This feature requires a new ASC permission. Contact Support to have the permission enabled for your organization.
Who Benefits
- Corporate administrators responsible for configuring Labor Card reports
- Store managers using standardized Labor Card reports across multiple locations
What's New
A new Labor Card Standardization feature allows corporate administrators to create a standardized Labor Card report configuration and apply it across all locations within their hierarchy.
Once the configuration is locked and published, store-level users can continue generating and downloading Labor Card reports but cannot modify the report settings.
Corporate administrators retain full control and can unlock, update, and republish the standardized configuration at any time.
How It Works
Enable the Feature
Labor Card Standardization is controlled by a new ASC permission available only at the Above Store level.
This permission is disabled by default and is not available to store-level users. Contact Support to have the permission enabled for your organization.
Configure the Standardized Report
To create a standardized Labor Card report:
- Navigate to ASC > Configure > Labor Card Report Configuration.
- Configure the desired report settings.
- Save the configuration.
- Publish the configuration to all locations.
The standardized configuration supports all existing Labor Card settings, including:
- Report formatting
- Available Shifts
- Schedules
- Jobs
Corporate administrators can create different Available Shift, Schedule, and Job configurations for each group within their hierarchy.

Store-Level Experience
After the configuration has been published:
- Report settings become read-only.
- Store managers can continue generating and downloading reports.
- Report configuration settings cannot be modified until the configuration is unlocked by a corporate administrator.
- A lock indicator is displayed throughout the report configuration page to show that the report is centrally managed.

Audit Logging
Changes made to the standardized Labor Card configuration are recorded for audit purposes and are available upon request.
Configuration Considerations
Before publishing a standardized configuration:
- Verify that all selected Jobs, Shifts, and Schedules exist at every location receiving the configuration.
- Jobs, Shifts, or Schedules that do not exist at a location will not appear in that location's report.
- If a required Job or Schedule is unavailable at a store, an error may be displayed. Corporate administrators should either:
- Update the store configuration to include the missing items, or
- Remove those selections from the standardized configuration before republishing.
