Improved Labor Recommendations View

• We’ve enhanced how labor recommendations appear in Schedule Score. Managers can now easily review scheduling insights by day or job code in a simplified, more intuitive layout, making it faster to identify and act on staffing opportunities.

This update is automatically available for all clients with Schedule Score turned on.

What’s New

We’ve refreshed how scheduled vs. forecasted recommendations appear, bringing a consistent, intuitive format across all views.

Key Enhancements:

• Unified Layout
  All recommendations now display in the same modern format for a smoother, more consistent experience.

• Clear Visual Indicators

  • ↑ Up Arrow: Over scheduled hours

  • ↓ Down Arrow: Under scheduled hours

• Flexible Grouping Options

  • By Job: See total hours over or under for each day within a job.

  • By Day: See total hours over or under for each job within the day.

• Improved Shift Alignment Insights
  When total hours are balanced but shifts are misaligned, managers will now see a helpful message:

  “Total hours balanced but misaligned — consider readjusting hours.”

This update makes it faster and easier for managers to review scheduling performance and make informed adjustments.

How It Works

When viewing recommendations in Schedule Score, you’ll now see a clearer, more visual summary of scheduling performance:

• Each recommendation includes an easy-to-read arrow and a summary of hours relative to forecast.

• Managers can quickly switch between Day and Job views to scan where schedules may be over or under forecast.
