Scheduled Maintenance: Fourth EMEA Platform: March 23rd 2022

As part of the continual commitment to the scalability and security of our technology stack, Fourth will be completing scheduled maintenance on the EMEA FTP platform on Wednesday, March 23rd 18:00 - 23:00 GMT

This maintenance will be intrusive and affect the availability of the Fourth EMEA FTP platform.

Impact during the maintenance window:

General:

• All Fourth products will be available for all users during this period
• The Fourth FTP and SFTP endpoints (ftp.fourth.com/sftp.fourth.com) will be unavailable during the maintenance. Any data sent by third parties will need to be resent once the maintenance is complete
• Any sales or T&A data sent via the Fourth FTP and SFTP endpoints (ftp.fourth.com/sftp.fourth.com) will fail and will need to be resent once the maintenance has been completed
• Any attempted data uploads to the Fourth FTP and SFTP endpoints (ftp.fourth.com/sftp.fourth.com) with ongoing data flows to Fourth Analytics during the maintenance window will fail and not be automatically retried
• All scheduled BI exports scheduled within this maintenance window will be rescheduled to run once the maintenance is complete

For UK HR & Payroll customers:

• The UK HR & Payroll platform will be available to all users during this period
• The process of importing customer data (e.g. sales, budgets, etc.) via Fourth FTP and SFTP endpoints (ftp.fourth.com/sftp.fourth.com) to the UK HR platform will be unavailable during this period
• The process of importing recruitment employee data for customers using SFTP for recruitment upload will be unavailable during this period
• Any automated exports scheduled during this period will be rescheduled to run after this maintenance is complete

For FnB customers:

• The FnB Live platform will be available to all users during this period
• However, customers will not be able to place orders via the FnB Live front end/website. All orders required during this time must be completed before the start of the maintenance window
• The process of importing customer data (e.g. sales) via Fourth FnB FTP (ftp.fnbshop.com) to the FnB platform will be unavailable during this period
• The Fourth FnB API will be unavailable to submit sales data. API sales submissions will resume after the maintenance window
• All FnB automated exports will be suspended during the maintenance window. Fourth will manually resume them after the maintenance window
• Any impacted Fourth Connect export jobs will be rescheduled to run after the maintenance is complete
• Receipt and processing of Invoices, Delivery Notes, Confirmations and Catalogues from TradeSimple will be delayed and resume after the maintenance window
• The transmission of new/changed P2P site code data to TradeSimple will not be available for the duration of the maintenance window
