As part of the continued commitment to the scalability and security of our technology stack, Fourth will be completing proactive maintenance to the application tier that underpins the Purchase to Pay (TradeSimple) application.
Maintenance window:
Friday 31st May 23:00 to Saturday 1st June 01:30 (UTC)
Impact during the maintenance window stated above:
For customers using TradeSimple:
- The TradeSimple website/UI will be unavailable.
- All posts or requests to HTTP/S endpoints will fail.
- SFTP/FTP service endpoints will be available for upload/download of data. All uploaded data will be queued and processed once the maintenance is complete.
- SMTP service endpoints will be available to receive emails. All emails received will be queued and processed once the maintenance is complete.
- EDI service endpoints will be available for sending data. EDI messages received will be queued and processed once the maintenance is complete.
- No messages/documents will progress or process through the system during the maintenance window. Ahead of the maintenance period, all accepted messages/documents will be allowed to be processed to completion.
- AS2 service endpoints will be unavailable. All AS2 messages sent during the maintenance window will be rejected and will need to be resent after the maintenance is complete.
For customers using Purchasing & Inventory (Adaco):
- Purchase orders will not be able to be transmitted via TradeSimple. During the downtime, users can select an alternate transmission method such as email to send orders to their suppliers.
For customers using Inventory:
- Any orders processed via TradeSimple will not be sent during the downtime.
For customers using the Ordering app:
- Users from either Marketplace (TradeSimple) or Inventory will not be able to check out baskets in the ordering app. Adaco users will be able to as they do not depend on TS delivery dates.
