Fourth EPOS Gateway Maintenance

Fourth are committed to continually enhancing the infrastructure that supports your Fourth solutions. Part of your solution configuration is a connection via Fourth's EPOS Gateway.

Fourth will soon be upgrading our systems across all global regions and we require specific action to ensure continuity in data transmission.

What is Changing?

To improve functionality and security, we will update the token and file URLs used when interfacing with the Fourth EPOS Gateway.

Required Action:

When interfacing with the Fourth EPOS Gateway, please update the respective Token and Files URL’s as per regions detailed below:

EMEA:

This update is mandatory and must be completed by:

• EMEA: Friday, 21st June 2024
• NA (North America): Friday, 7th June 2024
• APAC: Friday, 24th May 2024

 Failure to do so will impact the continuity of data transmission.
