As part of Fourth's continual commitment to the scalability and security of our technology stack, one of our global data centre providers will be completing scheduled maintenance on Fourth's identity platform from Saturday 1st May 22:00 to Sunday 2nd May 01:00 BST.
This maintenance will be intrusive and affect the availability of the Fourth EMEA platform as detailed below.
The following Fourth Products will be inaccessible to all users using Fourth SSO during the maintenance window:
- UK HR & Payroll
- Labour Productivity
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Recipe & Menu Engineering
Mobile & Analytics
- Fourth Engage (Included all branded apps)
- Connected Apps:
- Employee Self Service (ESS)
- My Schedules
- Menu Cycles
- External connected apps to partners (such as Flow will also be unavailable)
- Fourth Analytics
Note: This maintenance affects the accessibility to the Fourth Products above via Fourth SSO only, direct access, scheduled jobs, imports/exports, and scheduled tasks will remain unaffected.

Hey folks - Will there be any disruption to orders/delivery notes exchanged via FTP with tradesimple and third party solutions?

The team have confirmed there is no expected disruptions to orders/delivery notes via FTP on TradeSimple. All data imports, exports and scheduled jobs will run as usual during the maintenance window.
