User Group - Property Access Rights
The User Center submenu has additional access rights within it, as shown in Fig.1.

Fields | Description |

User Center Rights |
Provides the ability to Create, Edit, View, and Delete users. Create - can make a new user or import an existing one, if the user had previously been deleted or exists at another property which shares the same Central Purchasing, as seen in Fig.2. Also provides the ability to view user details. Fig.2 - Add New User and Import Existing User options become accessible Edit - provides access to modify users' information, outlet and user group access for a user, and to delete users.

Out Of Office Access |
Provides the ability to enable users' out of office in the User Center, as seen in Fig.3 Fig.3 - Out of Office option becomes accessible

Re-route Approvals Access |
Provides the ability to choose another user to Review, Approve, or Final Approve requisitions which are sitting with a user who is unable to complete their role. For example, the requisition was routed to the user before their out of office was enabled and so the requisitions didn't automatically re-route to the chosen alternate user, as seen in Fig.4. Note: once the appropriate access rights have been associated to the user group:
- Click Save
The Data Push / Pull submenu has additional access rights, as shown in Fig.5. This submenu only applies for properties which have a Central Purchasing.

Recipe Pull from Parent |
Provides the ability to bring Global recipes to a property from the Central Purchasing (Parent) property, as seen in Fig.9.

Product Pull from Catalog |
Provides the ability to bring products which are associated to vendors at the Central Purchasing property to a property, as seen in Fig.10.

Provides the ability to bring categories to a property from the Central Purchasing property, as seen in Fig.11.

Data Push / Pull from Central Purchasing
The Data Synchronization access right exists at the Central Purchasing property as well, as shown in Fig.12. Pull is replaced with Push as the action being done is moving the Product, Vendor, etc, from the Central Purchasing to the Property.

Fields | Description |

Recipe Pull from Child | Provides the ability to bring Local recipes from a Child Property to the Central Purchasing to then be shared with other Child Properties. |
Vendor with Market Segments Push | Provides the ability to send vendors which have market segments to a property and select which segment to assign to that property. |

The Setup submenu has additional access rights, as shown in Fig.13.

Units Access | Provides the ability to Create, Edit, View, and Delete within Units, EANUCC Units, Unit Conversion, and Unit Hierarchy, as shown in Fig.14. Fig.14 - Units options become accessible depending upon access rights given
Create - provides the ability to make new units of measure.
Edit - provides the ability to modify existing units of measure that are not greyed out (built-in), as seen in Fig.15. Users can only add EANUCC Codes to built-in units of measure.

View - provides the ability to see all the areas.
Note: if there is a Central Purchasing property, then this access right and area will exist at that property only.
Print - has no function. |
Route Builder Access | Provides the ability to Create, Edit, View, and Delete routing lists. Create - allows the user to make a new routing list.
Delete - allows the user to be able to remove routing lists

Location Access Rights | Provides the ability to Create, Edit, View, and Delete within the Address Book, Contacts, Location, Outlet, and Divisions areas, as seen in Fig. 16. Fig.16 - Location options become accessible depending upon access rights given Create - allows users to make new Outlets, Locations, addresses and contacts, and Divisions for budget purposes.

Accounting Access Rights | Provides the ability to Create, Edit, View, and Delete within the Accounts, Fiscal Calendars, Outlet Account, Inventory Cycle Setup, Budget Codes, Payment Methods, and Manufacturers areas, as shown in Fig.17. Fig.17 - Accounting options become accessible depending upon access rights given Create - allows users to make new Accounts, Fiscal Calendars, Inventory Cycles, Budget Codes, and Payment Methods. Access rights are not required for Manufacturers, however if there is a Central Purchasing site then it will need to be maintained there.

Rates Access Rights | Provides the ability to Create, Edit, View, and Delete within the Rates, Rate Schedules, and Exchange Rate areas, as shown in Fig.18. Fig.18 - Rates options become accessible depending upon access rights given Create - allows users to make new Rates, Rate Schedules, and Exchange Rates.
View - allows users to look at the areas but not the content of them.
Delete - allows users to remove existing information in all areas.

Category Access Rights | Provides the ability to Create, Edit, View, and Delete within the Categories, Event Control Categories, and Segments areas, as shown in Fig.19. Fig.19 - Categories options become accessible depending upon access rights given Create - allows users to create new Categories and Segments. If categories are classified as Event then they will appear under the Event Control Categories.
Edit - allows users to modify Categories, Segments, and mark or unmark Event Control Categories as Events.
Delete - allows users to remove not in use Categories and Segments.
*Note: the Segments option will only be available at Central Purchasing, should it exist. |
Project Access Rights | No function. |
Vendor Performance Access Rights | Provides the ability to Create, Edit, View, and Delete within the Rating option of Vendor Performance, as seen in Fig.20. These ratings may be applied at the time of receiving a Purchase Order, under the Comments tab. Fig.20 - Vendor Performance options become accessible depending upon access rights given Create - allows the user to make new Vendor Ratings.
Delete - allows the user to be able to remove existing Vendor Ratings.

Return Reason Access Rights |
Provides the ability to Create, Edit, View, and Delete within the Return Materials Authorization area, as shown in Fig.21. These provide explanations to be used on Return Orders, found under Purchasing>Create Return Order.

Create - allows users to make new Return Reasons.
Delete - allows users to remove existing Return Reasons. However, if the Return Reason has been used in a return order, then the reason may not be removed.

User Group Permissions | Provides the ability to Create, Edit, View, and Delete within the User Groups area, as seen in Fig. 22. Fig.22 - User Groups options become accessible depending upon access rights given
Delete - allows a user to remove an existing user group, whether users are (only) assigned to the user group or not.

Setup Product Retail Attributes Access | Provides the ability to Create, Edit, View, and Delete retail attributes for products, as seen in Fig.23. Fig.23 - Retail Attributes options become accessible depending upon access rights given Create - allows users to create new retail attributes.
Delete - allows users to remove attributes no longer in use.
