User Group - Reports Access Rights
When access rights are associated with a user group, all users assigned to that user group will be provided access to that function.To access the Reports option access rights, as shown in Fig.1:
- Navigate to Property > Setup > User Groups > User Groups
- Double-click the desired user group
- Select Reports from the Main Menu drop-down
- Add or modify access rights
- Click Save.

Group Details
Fields | Description |

Allowed segments for group | If a segment or segments are selected, then users assigned to the user group will only have access to products associated with those segments, and subsequent categories and subcategories. Note: a blank field denotes access to all segments. |

Requisition Reports | Provides access to the Requisition Reports screen and all the reports which the property has marked as visible, located under Property > Administration > Reports > Reports Usage. Purchasing Reports | Provides access to the Purchasing Reports screen and all the reports which the property has marked as visible, located under Property > Administration > Reports > Reports Usage. Receiving Reports | Provides access to the Receiving Reports screen and all the reports which the property has marked as visible, located under Property > Administration > Reports > Reports Usage. Inventory Reports* | Provides access to the Inventory Reports screen and all the reports which the property has marked as visible, located under Property > Administration > Reports > Reports Usage. Recipe Reports | Provides access to the Recipe Report screen and all the reports which the property has marked as visible, located under Property > Administration > Reports > Reports Usage. Accounting Reports | Provides access to the Accounting Report screen and all the reports which the property has marked as visible, located under Property > Administration > Reports > Reports Usage. Property Reports | Provides access to the Property Report screen and all the reports which the property has marked as visible, located under Property > Administration > Reports > Reports Usage. Favourite Reports | Provides access to the Favourite Reports screen so that reports accessed most often by a user in the other areas of the Report Center may be marked as favourites to be found quickly and easily. This area can hold at least 20 reports and it is tied to the user's userID, so each user can have their own favourite reports. Note: fields with an asterisk indicates a Submenu with additional access rights.
Note: once the appropriate access rights have been associated to the user group:
- Click Save.
Additional Access Rights
Some of the Submenu options have extra access rights associated with them.To access, click ". . ." under the Access Rights column, as seen in Fig.12.

When additional access rights are provided to the user group for the Custom Reports, the users assigned to that user group will be able to do more within that area.
The additional access rights are shown in Fig.13.

Fields | Description |

Custom Reports Access | Provides the ability to Create, Edit, View, Delete, and Print reports the user or users have created themselves. Create - provides the ability to make a new Custom Report, as seen in Fig.14, using the database tables or SQL. Requires the View access right. ![]() Fig.14 - New Report option becomes accessible. The Inventory Reports submenu has additional access rights within it, as shown in Fig.18.
