HS Mobile Apps: Update Schedule Thresholds

Overview

When you submit a new availability request from the mobile app, you will be able to update the Schedule Thresholds when updating Availability. This article includes the steps for both iOS and Android.

Please note: This is feature is only available if the site is configured with the correct permissions. If you are missing access please reach out to your manager to update your permission set.

Updating Schedule Thresholds

iOS

From the menu, select My Availability
Select the add icon to create a new request (Fig.2)

Select the date the new availability will start, then select Done
Once you complete the availability portion, scroll down to get to the Schedule Thresholds section. If you need more information about entering you availability, please review this article: HS Mobile Apps: Adjusting your Availability

Update the Schedule Thresholds, then select Save
Enter a reason for the change, select the approving manager, then select Submit

Android

From the menu, select My Availability
Select the add icon to create a new request (Fig.7)

Select the date the new availability will start, then select OK

Update the Schedule Thresholds, then select the Check icon
Enter a reason for the change, select the approving manager, then select the Check icon
