Overview
The Employees Currently Clocked In Report provides a real-time view of employees who are actively clocked in through WebClock.
This report can be used to:
- Verify which employees are currently on the clock
- Review employee clock-in times
- Monitor staffing levels throughout the day
- Confirm attendance during a shift
The report displays employees who are clocked in at the moment the report is generated.
Generate the Employees Currently Clocked In Report
- Log in to HotSchedules.
- Navigate to Reporting.
- Locate the Employees Currently Clocked In report.
- Use the search field to find the report quickly.
- Alternatively, expand Staff & Store and select Employees Currently Clocked In.
- Select Generate Report.
Review Report Results
After the report is generated, a new window opens displaying all employees who are currently clocked in.
The report includes:
- Employee Last Name
- Employee First Name
- Preferred Name (if applicable)
- Job
- Clock-In Time
Note: The report reflects employee clock status at the time it is generated. Employees who clock in or out after the report is run will not be reflected until a new report is generated.
